CDC Development Solutions, formerly Citizens Development Corps, is a U.S. registered 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization. CDS is an international NGO that leverages public, private, and volunteer resources to strengthen businesses, institutions, and governments in emerging markets in over 70 countries on 5 continents. CDS has been operating for two decades and continues to provide innovative, market driven solutions utilizing a variety of methodologies that create sustainable economies.

Executive Leadership

Deirdre White, President and CEO - With over 20 years’ experience in international development, Ms. White is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of CDC Development Solutions.

Michael Levett, Senior Director and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors - Mr. Levett has led the company’s expansion into over seventy countries on five continents with diversified funding.

Robert Webster, Vice President - Mr. Webster oversees the four practice areas of Tourism Development, Supply Chain Development, Stability and Economic Recovery, and Global Citizenship and Volunteerism.

Moussa Diouf, Chief Financial Officer - Mr. Diouf has responsibility for upholding strong financial management and accountability; providing timely, accurate and reliable financial information; and enhancing internal control.
